English Breakfast

Ingredients

2 sausages
4 rashers of smoked bacon
2 eggs
100g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
2 rounds of bread
1 tablespoon olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

Slice the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces and halve the tomatoes. Grill the sausages, the bacon and the tomatoes over a medium heat. To avoid things going cold, leave the oven at the lowest temperature and put the plates in it until everything is ready.

Meanwhile fry the mushrooms in a little olive oil. Heat the beans on a low temperature but not in microwave. Meanwhile, fry the two eggs as you prefer. When the beans are steaming hot and the eggs cooked, serve the English breakfast with a cup of tea.
