
Sweet and sour prawns
Ingredients
8 prawns
1 red chili
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2.5 cm fresh ginger
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Peel the prawns leaving the tails on. Chop the chili and the ginger finely. Mix the chilli, ginger, vinegar, honey in a pan and simmer over a low heat. Fry the prawns in the oil on both sides for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and serve with the sauce when ready.
